A Climate & Economic Justice Data Tool
U.S. EPA created a map of U.S. Census tracts considered disadvantaged according to socioeconomic and environmental factors. Disadvantaged communities are marginalized by underinvestment and overburdened by energy and environmental factors. Since the federal administration removed the map from official websites, it is now being housed by Harvard.
